Kylie Jenner Will Reveal Her Son’s New Name When She’s Ready

Kylie Jenner made headlines recently for opting to change her son’s name. Fans have been speculating over the new name ever since the news broke out. Despite public pleas for her to come clean after changing Wolf’s name, Kylie will let everyone know the new name when she seems appropriate.

Earlier this week, Kylie posted an announcement to her Instagram Stories letting everyone know about the situation. She and her beau, Travis Scott had finally decided to change the name of their newborn son. Fans have since waited for an update on the matter.

Much to the disappointment of fans, the Kylie Cosmetics founder might not reveal the new name anytime soon. A source told PEOPLE that Jenner will “share his name when she’s ready.” Jenner, who is also mom to 4-year-old daughter Stormi, has not disclosed whether her son’s middle name Jacques is also being changed.

Another source said that the parents are still getting to know their son. After being with the newborn, the couple had decided that the previous name, Wolf, didn’t fit the baby.

“Kylie and Travis liked Wolf, but after getting to know their son, they felt like the name didn’t fit him. They wanted to choose the perfect name that they both loved.”

After the announcement, Jenner took to YouTube where she shared a video dedicated to their newborn. The 10-minute video was titled To Our Son. People have since then commented on the video wishing them well and congratulating them.

The sweet video featured footage from all along Jenner’s second pregnancy journey. It showed how Kris Jenner found out the happy news and her giraffe-themed baby shower.  The video also included the first look at her son’s nursery. Granny Jenner also showered her blessing in a heartwarming clip in the video.

It’s great to see the couple doing things at their own pace. Instead of getting swayed by the immense pressure from fans to reveal the new name, Travis and Kylie decided to take a breather.
