Pete Davidson Gets Real Tattoo For Kim Kardashian

Pete Davidson made headlines recently when he branded “KIM” on himself. This was followed by a stream of comments. Now he is actually getting ink, and he wanted to make a statement of how proud he is of Kim K.

Kim Kardashian gave her followers a glimpse of a tattoo that her boyfriend, Pete Davidson, got for her. Kim posted a black-and-white photo of the tattoo that reads ‘My Girl Is A Lawyer’ on her Instagram story. on March 26. The tattoo appears to be on Pete’s collarbone.

Kim shared the photo 10 days after revealing her boyfriend had the “lawyer” tattoo to Ellen DeGeneres. Ellen raised the topic after it was revealed that Pete had a ‘Kim’ tattoo during a heated text message exchange with Kanye West. The revealed texts included a photo of Pete allegedly in bed with Kim, which made Kanye really angry.

Kim confirmed that the name tattoo wasn’t ink but rather a branding. “Yeah, he has a few tattoos — a few cute ones, you know, that he got. But the ‘Kim’ one isn’t a tattoo. It’s actually a branding,” Kim shared on The Ellen DeGeneres Show.

“The other ones are, like, cutesy things. I think my favorite one, it says here,” she went on, as she pointed to her collarbone area. ”My girl is a lawyer,’ and that one’s really cute.”

Kim is actually following her late father Robert Kardashian Sr’s footsteps and studying to become a lawyer by reading the law which is an alternative to attending law school. Kim isn’t a licensed lawyer yet but she has used her platform to advocate for prison reform.

Coming back to the tattoos, Kim revealed that Pete has a few tattoos for her but the branding was meant to be extra special. She explained, “Because — let me explain it — because he wanted to do something that was really different [with the branding], ‘cause, like, K, first tattoo he got, I was like, ‘Oh, so cute, thank you, oh my god.’ You know, second, whatever, I’m like, ‘Oh, that’s so cute,’ but, like, that’s what tattoo people do, right?”

Kim added, “Like, they get tattoos of what’s going on in their life. I just think he was like, ‘I want something that’s there that I can’t, you know, get rid of my tattoos,’ ’cause he’s in the process of getting rid of his arm tats and his neck tats. So he’s like, ‘I don’t want to be able to get rid of it or to cover it up, and I just wanted it there as, like, a scar on me.”
