Eminem is one of the most successful rappers in the industry. The Real Slim Shady has amassed a long list of accomplishments over the years. Eminem recently surpassed 1 billion views on YouTube and it’s only March.
The most-watched hip-hop artist on YouTube has become the first to reach a billion views since the start of the year. Only on his official channel, the total number of views has surpassed 22.5 billion.
Since January 3rd, Em’s daily global daily stream count has not fallen below 10 million. Em easily clocked over 17 million views per day in the aftermath of the groundbreaking hip hop Super Bowl Halftime show.
It was only yesterday that it was revealed that Eminem’s “Recovery” album has sold over 46 million copies worldwide. This number combines albums and track units, as well as Marshall’s classic album. In the end, it ranked “Recovery” fourth among the top five RIAA-certified projects of all time. “Recovery” is also the list’s only hip-hop album.
