Lindsay Lohan Mourns The Sudden Death Of Her Uncle

Lindsay Lohan’s early work propelled her to childhood stardom, while the teen comedy sleeper hit Mean Girls cemented her status as a teen idol and catapulted her to the Hollywood A-list. Lohan has recently been in emotional distress. She has already experienced two deaths in her family, and now her uncle has also passed away, leaving her in a state of mourning.

Lohan lost a third member of her family in the last five months, according to Radar Online. The sudden death of Lindsay’s mother’s brother, Dina, who revealed the news on Facebook, shocked the famous Lohan clan. “It is with a heavy heart for me to say that my brother has passed on,” Dina, who was recently released from prison, wrote a short passage about her brother.

“For all who loved and knew him, you know what a huge heart and pure soul he had.”

“This sudden loss for my family is unbearable but we know he is free of pain now and with our parents and loved ones who have passed before him.”

She went on to give thanks to her friends and family for their “prayers” before concluding her message: “Please remember to hug your loved ones and be kind to all.” Lindsay has suffered three deaths in three months, having lost both of her grandmothers. Ann Sullivan, Lindsay’s maternal grandmother, died in January at the age of 98. On January 11, she had just celebrated her birthday.

Marilyn, who is mom to Lindsay’s dad, Michael Lohan, passed away last October after suffering a fall during the night. She was not found until the next morning by Lindsay’s aunt. Lindsay had been living in Dubai but returned to the United States at the end of last year after accepting the lead role in a Netflix romantic comedy set to be released later this year.

Lindsay’s career is on the rise, so the sad family news comes at an inopportune time. She not only completed the rom-com for Netflix but also signed a two-picture deal with the streaming service. She also appeared in a Planet Fitness commercial during the Super Bowl.
