Tyler, The Creator Thought Gunna Was A Weirdo At First

Tyler, The Creator is one of the funniest artists in the game. Tyler has been known for his wild antics throughout his career, but at the end of the day, he can back it up with some absolutely fantastic music. His career trajectory has been one of the most pleasant surprises in rap, and he has no doubt raised his cache to new heights with each project. He also knows that you can never judge a book by its cover, or even its first chapter.

Tyler was recently seen at an event with Gunna and other celebrities. These two don’t exactly compose the same music, but they’ve recently forged a connection, possibly due to their shared love of diverse types of fashion.

Tyler addressed why he and Gunna didn’t always see eye to eye at first in a story on Gunna’s Instagram page. In fact, Tyler blamed his bias for mistaking Gunna for a weirdo at first. Tyler then made a point of mentioning Gunna’s real name, which happens to be Sergio.

I thought you were a weirdo, and now me and Gunna are best friends in the whole wide world.
