Jaden Smith Is 100% Behind Will Smith Slapping Chris Rock

Jaden Smith made his film debut alongside his father, Will Smith, in the 2006 film The Pursuit of Happyness. Will Smith is unquestionably a family man who will not tolerate any negative remarks about his family. Jaden is aware of the fact, as he recently took to Twitter to express his support for his father, Will Smith.

If you watched The Oscars last night, you’re probably aware of what happened between Chris Rock and Will Smith. After making a joke about Jada Pinkett Smith, Rock was smacked across the face by Smith, who made the effort to get up and take matters into his own hands.

It was possibly one of the wildest performances in Oscar history, and fans are still reeling from what they witnessed. Since then, neither Smith nor Rock have made any comments, but there is no denying that this was an unexpected occurrence given the usual flow of the awards show.

Following the slap, there were various reactions and even some thinkpiece-worthy hot takes on Twitter. Among the comments was one from Jaden Smith, who clearly agreed with his parents on this one. While some may object to their father’s behaviour, Jaden seemed to approve, tweeting “And That’s How We Do It.”
