Early January this year, Jason Momoa announced his split with Lisa Bonet. After their split, there were several talks about the two getting back together. However, he shot down those rumors during a recent red carpet interview with Access at the Academy Awards.
When the interviewer Scott Hall mentioned that he considered the actor to be an inspiration and was happy to see him and Lisa working on their relationship, the Dune actor quickly shook his head. He revealed that it was not the case.
Although Jason admitted that he and his wife were not back together, he informed that they still had a great co-parenting relationship.
“We’re not back together. We’re family,” he said. “We have two beautiful children together. We’re family forever.“
While Jason and Lisa might not be a couple anymore, there were a lot of rumors spread back and forth after the actors announced they had split up with an Instagram message. A month after the split, a source close to Jason told Hollywood Life that he had moved back in with Lisa.
“They decided to work on things rather than throw in the towel because they have so much invested in each other,” they said. “Everyone is really hoping that they can make this work this time around.”
Even after their reconciliation, it seems that the couple have split up again. However, they continue to remain dedicated parents to their kids, Lola, 14, and Nakoa-Wolf, 13.
