LeBron James and Los Angeles Lakers have had a bizarre season; they have been out of a playoff spot, and the play-in tournament seems far-fetched now. The team has shown no chemistry. This is an unexpected performance from such an amazing player.

Earlier today ESPN’s Brian on Get Up! Brian Windhorst gave a fierce critique of LeBron’s course this season. He explained LeBron has always worn his teams out from Cleveland to Miami to Los Angeles. Not only that, but he also pointed out LeBron consistently leaves his team without any draft picks or assets.

While Windhorst does believe LeBron is a fantastic player but leaves a shattered path in his wake, again emphasizing on the fact that he leaves others exhausted.

“LeBron’s career operates in four-year increments. He wears his team out. I call it organizational fatigue. It happened the first time in Cleveland. They ran out of draft picks, they had a bunch of guys in their mid-30s. Shaq close to the finish line, Antawn Jamison. He goes to Miami, four years, great run, they run out of draft picks. In his last game, three guys retired after the game. He goes to Cleveland, four years, great run. They run out of draft picks. They got old guys. Here we are in L.A., fourth year. The oldest team we’ve seen in NBA history, they’re out of draft picks, they’re exhausted.”

Windhorst has experience when he says things like this; he has followed LeBron throughout his career. In 2010, Windhorst left the Plain Dealer for ESPN to cover James’ then-new team, the Miami Heat. He certainly wants to see his favorite player do better.
