Triple H is a legend in the world of professional wrestling. His influence runs deep in the pro wrestling business, as he was part of numerous iconic moments in the industry. He also helped out Roman Reigns in a huge way by the looks of it.
Triple H recently announced his retirement from in-ring competition after having a near-fatal health crisis. The pro wrestling world simply could not believe that he retired and reacted to his announcement.
While speaking on The Tonight Show starring Jimmy Fallon, Roman Reigns talked about Triple H retiring from pro wrestling. Reigns revealed that Triple H helped him get a raise during his early years in WWE.
“In the early days, I was always the type asking for raises. Every few weeks, I’d be like, ‘can I get more money?’ And they’d say, ‘Yes, sure.’ But there was a point when they were like, ‘No.’ And then I was like, ‘can you ask Triple H?’ And the next morning, they tell me, ‘you got your raise.’
H has always hooked me up, he has always looked over me. Inside and out of the ring, he’s the best.”
Triple H is also fully focused on developing talent now that he has retired from pro wrestling for good. Triple H helped out many stars and he will continue to do so for a long time.
