A-list celebrities are always targeted for one reason or the other. A hacking attack affected a number of artists early in the day. Justin Bieber, Drake, and Eminem’s YouTube channels, which have a combined 145.9 million subscribers, as well as numerous other A-list celebrities’ channels, appear to have been hacked recently.
Taylor Swift, Ariana Grande, Harry Styles, Kanye West, Travis Scott, The Weeknd, Lil Nas X, and Michael Jackson are among the musicians whose accounts appear to have been hacked. YouTube has been contacted for comment by New York Post.
Strange videos were uploaded to multiple profiles and have since been removed. According to the Daily Mail, one of the videos published to these high-profile pages was named “Justin bieber – Free Paco Sanz (ft. Will Smith, Chris Rock, Skinny flex & Los Pelaos),”
Paco Sanz is a Spanish criminal who scammed hundreds of people by claiming to have a terminal disease. He is currently serving time in prison. Sanz was shown in the video carrying a guitar backwards and singing in Spanish. Some Twitter users used the opportunity to screen record Sanz’s video.
Another video on Harry Styles’ YouTube channel was titled, “Daddy Yankee – SPEED IS THE BEST HACKED BY @LOSPELAOSBRO ON TWITTER.” According to the Daily Mail, it showed a group of men dancing to an altered version of “Hit the Road Jack” while wearing hoodies with the word “speed” on them.
Twitter user @lospelaosbro claimed responsibility for the breaches and asked for suggestions on who to hack next on Twitter. While the identity of the Twitter account’s owner is unclear, the account was reportedly sharing images of Paco Sanz. The account was only established in April of 2022, but it already has over 9,700 followers.
The bizarre Twitter profile has been dubbed a “s—tposting account” by Business Insider, which means it posts humorous and caustic stuff in the hopes of eliciting a reaction. The inclusion of Will Smith and Chris Rock in the video title could be an attempt to generate traction in the wake of the Oscars snub. Check out the posts below.
