Joe was previously married to Dillon Passage. The big cat enthusiast recently filed for a divorce to marry his prison lover, John Graham. It seems, Dillon has agreed to a divorce but based on certain conditions.
Dillon’s attorneys, Chris Kirker and Holly Davis told TMZ that their client is eager to finalize the divorce, as long as Joe agrees to his terms. Dillon’s legal team claimed they had already started negotiating on a divorce settlement back in September with Joe’s previous lawyer.
However, the divorce proceedings hit a pause on moving forward when Joe announced his cancer diagnosis. As we reported earlier, Joe finally filed for divorce after 4 years of marriage to marry his new prison lover. The “Tiger King” star’s new divorce attorney, Autumn Blackledge told the outlet that Joe wants to quickly tie up things, and it shouldn’t be a problem, as long as Dillon’s terms are “reasonable.”
As for Dillon’s terms, his attorney revealed that he wants both parties to walk away with what they owned coming into the marriage. Additionally, he wants a permanent injunction preventing Joe from contacting him directly, stalking or harassing him.
However, Dillon’s camp claim the same terms were offered back in September, but Joe’s response was, “It will be a cold day in hell before I sign these papers … You’re out of your f***ing mind.” It’s safe to say it will take a long time to reach a settlement, but Dillon’s team asserts that Dillion is not looking for any big payday. Stay tuned to Thirsty for future updates.
