Camila Cabello is all set with her brand new album. The album is quite special as its about what matters to Camila the most, including her past friends from Fifth Harmony. She is now speaking out about her relationship with Fifth Harmony and how they impact her life at present.
The singer has even dedicated a song to her longstanding feud with ex-band members. Camila Cabello’s upcoming third studio album is aptly named, Familia. The former member of Fifth Harmony told Holloywood Life that “she is in a good place” with the band.
Lately, the band has been supportive of Camila. “We have been like supportive of each other through like DMs and stuff,” she said of the other members Ally Brooke, Normani, Dinah Jane and Lauren Jauregui. Cabello dropped a line about her former bandmates in the new album.
The song is called “Psychofreak.” She sings: “I don’t blame the girls for how it went down.” Explaining the lyrics to the outlet Camilla said, “That song is basically about anxiety and all of the different things that have made up like my journey with anxiety and starting off really young in the industry.” A friendly relationship between the ladies is good news for Fifth Harmony and Cabello fans. If things keep going well there could be a chance for collab.
The “Havana” singer‘s departure in 2016 was filled with drama. On the group’s first outing without Camila at the 2017 MTV VMA’s, the four remaining members shaded Camila by opening their song with a fifth silhouette of a woman falling offstage. But now, It looks like the beef is officially squashed.
