Jennifer Lopez Gives Filter & Makeup-Free Skin Care Tutorial  

Jennifer Lopez, the queen of glowing skin, has a very simple morning skin-care routine. She recently took to Instagram on Wednesday to share her skincare routine and makeup-free look with her fans.

The “Jenny from the Block” singer was glowing in more ways than one, dressed in a fluffy white bathrobe with “Jennifer” embroidered in crystals on the back and a teardrop-shaped diamond necklace.

“I don’t have any special lighting or anything, this is just morning light. I don’t have any special filters on here, this is my face.”

Fans remarked on her immaculate skin, with one saying, “She’s gonna outlive all of us #flawless” and another saying, “You [sic] skin is brighter than my future.” During the instruction, the wet-haired star demonstrated products from her JLo Beauty Line, beginning with the “That Hit Single” gel-cream cleanser ($38). The “Marry Me” actress then led viewers through her daily regimen, which includes a focus on inner beauty as well.

“As you can see, no makeup yet.” J.Lo added, “I should put myself together,” adding that she has a package of affirmation cards outside her shower that she reads every morning. “Your success and happiness lies in you,” Lopez remarked, quoting Helen Keller. “Resolve to keep happy and your joy and you shall form an invincible host against difficulties.”

“I like to think of it like taking my vitamins first thing in the morning. Feed my mind first, my soul with an affirmation, not looking at the phone yet, just setting myself up right for the day with the right intentions and the right thoughts.”

After her affirmations, Lopez resumed her ritual by slathering the “That JLo Glow” serum ($79) from her line all over her face, neck, and décolletage. J.Lo then revealed that one of the secrets to her youthful appearance is daily sunscreen (using her $54 “That Big Screen” SPF 30 moisturizer). Lopez completed her regimen by applying her $48 eye cream, which she also used between her brows.
