Kim Kardashian Says Kanye West ‘Will Always Be Family’

Kim Kardashian is getting vocal about her public divorce from Kanye West. Kim still considers Kanye as family despite any hard feelings from their divorce. The SKIMS founder shared her feelings about her ongoing divorce from the rapper in a conversation with ABC.

“When it comes to family, Kanye and I will always be family.” Kim added, “At the end of the day, I just want my kids to be happy and healthy and think the world of their dad, and they do.”

The couple share four kids, North, Saint, Chicago, and Psalm. Kim says that her “younger ones don’t really understand,” she noted that their older two kids “know what’s going on.”

Kanye and Kim’s divorce didn’t go very smoothly. Kanye was even suspended from Instagram for criticizing Kim, Pete Davidson, and a few others. However, Kim has dealt with Kanye’s public attacks quite calmly. She says, “You wanna take the high road, and sometimes it’s hard, but I think that at the end of the day everyone has their own way of communicating.”

“I’ve always been like a champion of him speaking his truth, and I would always want that,” added Kim.

Kim had filed for divorce back in 2017 and now she’s in a serious relationship with Pete Davidson. Kanye on the other hand has been quiet, maybe things are starting to cool down between them.
