Tory Lanez Claims He Has Alopecia Like Jada Pinkett Smith

Tory Lanez was recently handcuffed and his bail was raised to $350,000, but he posted bail shortly. The rapper had only one word to describe his feelings as he walked out of jail: fantastic. Lanez infamously shot Megan in the feet and the two have been publicly feuding ever since.

Tory Lanez’s hair has been the subject of recent internet jokes. Lanez is defending his hair, claiming that his alopecia is to blame for the bald area on the back of his head. After a slew of people piled on after spotting the rapper’s hair was thin in a video of him exiting an L.A. County courthouse, Tory responded on Twitter recently.

Of course, many people are concerned about their hair loss as a result of Chris Rock’s joke about Jada Pinkett Smith’s short hair. Jada has alopecia and Will Smith apparently believed the joke was in terrible taste, resulting in the slap. It’s unclear whether Tory has the hair issue or is making a joke at Jada’s expense.

The artist was detained in court Tuesday in Los Angeles during a hearing about a violation of Meg Thee Stallion’s protective order, as we previously reported. Tory mentioned her in a tweet in February, addressing her as “U” despite the fact that he isn’t allowed to reference her at all, according to the order. Check out his tweet below.
