Hailey Bieber has always prioritized her modeling career, as it is her crowning achievement. Fans will be surprised to learn about Hailey’s new disclosure. Hailey Bieber confessed that she has quit walking runways when a man-made harsh remark regarding her modeling and it bothered her greatly.
While her best friend Kendall Jenner and Gigi Hadid continue to walk the runways, Hailey Bieber has backed off. Justin Bieber’s wife told Allure magazine that it all came down to one very hurtful remark.
“I had a really bad experience with a casting director who was very important. He said something to my agent that just shook my confidence when it came to the runway.”
“I don’t want to feel bad about myself in this space because I feel really good about the other work that I do. So why would I even put myself in a position to feel small?”
When Hailey tweeted an image from a Zadig & Voltaire presentation with a message in 2019, she implied that she was done with runways.
“What I do know is that ur arm truly should never wing this high when ur walking on a runway. Hence why it is not, and will never be my thing again lol.”
Bieber did not reveal the name of the casting director who made the remark. Although the singer hasn’t walked a runway in a long time, she does sit front row at numerous shows to lend celebrity to the occasion.
