Hayden Panettiere’s Boyfriend Brian Hickerson’s Probation Could Be Revoked Over Fight Video

Brian Hickerson was sentenced to prison last year after pleading no contest to two felony counts of inflicting bodily harm on a spouse or girlfriend. Brian and Hayden were recently spotted hanging out after he was released from jail, clearly disregarding the restraining order, and their reunion resulted in a massive brawl with bar patrons. It was recently reported that Hickerson’s probation could be revoked as a result of the fight video that surfaced online.

Brian Hickerson, Hayden Panettiere’s boyfriend, could face serious consequences for a video of them getting into a huge brawl at a famous Sunset Strip hotel, according to his probation officer, because it is a clear violation of his probation.

According to new legal documents obtained by TMZ, Brian’s PO claims that the fight began at the Sunset Marquis in WeHo when Hayden’s boyfriend confronted another bar patron for not leaving a large enough tip, resulting in a fight that spilled out onto the street.

Brian’s probation officer mentions a video that TMZ first posted last month in which Brian fights with a large group of people. Brian is clearly seen and heard asking for a round two of the fight. Brian’s PO also mentions the part of the video where Hayden can be heard yelling, “Brian, jail!” Brian, as you may recall, is on probation until 2025 as a result of his domestic violence conviction in April 2021.

Brian’s probation officer claims in the documents that he violated the terms of his probation by failing to refrain from using force or violence against anyone. The PO is requesting that the court find Brian in violation of his probation and sentence him to 26 weeks of anger management and 26 weeks of Alcoholics Anonymous.
