Lil Pump Reveals His Father Has Passed Away

Miami, Florida rapper Lil Pump had a sad news to share today. Dealing with the death of loved ones is never easy and Pump will eventually have to make peace with this one.

Lil Pump, who is only 21, took to his Instagram page to reveal that his dad has passed away. He shared a photo of himself and his dad remembering the happier times.

In the caption of the said post, Lil Pump wrote, “Rip to my dad I love you & miss u this one really hurt me. He wrote the caption with a worried face emoji and a broken heart emoji. He also shared a family photo of what appears to be himself and his brother when they were young, hanging out with their father.

The Gucci Gang rapper didn’t disclose his father’s cause of death and not much is known about his father either. Except that his father and mother divorced when he was 6 years old and he has remained very close to his dad since.

Carnage, who produced Pump’s 2018 song “i SHYNE,” hopped into the comment section to offer his condolences to the rapper. “Love yu,” he wrote and added a heart emoji.

Pump has very quiet in music scene for a while now but peak of his career his single “Gucci Gang”, topped at number 3 on the Billboard Hot 100 and was certified five-times platinum by the Recording Industry Association of America. He has collaborated with the liked of Kanye West and Lil Wayne.
