Rob Kardashian is once again attempting to win a case against Blac Chyna. Khloe Kardashian recently came out in support of her brother Rob Kardashian in his feud with Blac Chyna. Now, Rob has proposed using Blac Chyna’s OnlyFans content in court ahead of trial.
Rob Kardashian is ready to go to any length to win his legal battle with Blac Chyna, who is suing her ex-fiancé for posting raunchy photos of her without her permission. The couple, who dated for just over a year in 2016, got into a social media spat in July 2017 after Rob decided to post a series of explicit photos of his ex-girlfriend following their breakup.
According to Hollywood Unlocked, the Arthur George sock designer is going above and beyond to ensure the jury does not find him liable, citing Chyna’s OnlyFans content as proof that the mother-of-two’s explicit content is easily accessible on the internet. According to court documents obtained by Radar Online, both Rob and Chyna have told their lawyers what they plan to present to the jury in support of their case.
The Keeping Up With the Kardashians star is said to know how easy it is to find revealing photos of Chyna, with one of his pieces of evidence being the latter’s appearance in Tekashi 69’s music video for his song TUTU, which was released in September 2020. Chyna is almost completely naked throughout the video, with only sprinkles covering her lady parts as she struts her voluptuous figure in a pair of chunky high heels.
A social media video of Chyna “with an Ocean Spray bottle between her butt cheeks,” as well as another clip of her “flexing her butt cheeks,” was used in court by Rob’s lawyers. But the reclusive television personality isn’t done yet. He’ll also factor in Chyna’s monthly earnings from OnlyFans, where she allegedly earns a fortune by posting R-rated premium content to her fans.
If that wasn’t enough, a slew of photos from Chyna’s OF page will be displayed, including one from May 2020 in which she’s allegedly “bottomless” and another with her nipples on full display.
Regardless of how many photos Rob finds of Chyna, the Lashed founder and her legal team will argue in court that the images Rob posted were intimate photos purposefully put out in an apparent attempt to harm her.
Next week, the case will be heard in court. To get the latest updates, keep an eye on Thirsty.
