UFC President Dana White was unhappy with the judges’ conclusion in the Bantamweight title fight between Aljamain Sterling and Petr Yan at UFC 273. White is now calling them out for it.

Sterling won the fight by split decision, taking out Yan to claim the undisputed title. White talked to the reporters at the post-fight press conference about how he felt about the decision.

“I thought that the judges blew that one,” White said. “I had it 3-2 the other way. I don’t know how you guys scored it. I guess it’s all in how you score that first round.”

White was fair in his assessment that it was all about the first round. The judges, Sal D’Amato and Eliseo Rodriguez, scored the opening five minutes 10-9 for Sterling, while Chris Lee scored it 10-9 for Yan.

Petr Yan spoke with commentator Joe Rogan in a post-fight interview and expressed he felt robbed. “I think I won this fight and I got robbed,” Yan said through his translator in the octagon. “I think I won three rounds out of five.”

UFC 273 Saturday night pay-per-view event was held at VyStar Veterans Memorial Arena. It appears we are going to see them fight again.
