Vin Diesel Confirms Brie Larson Will Join The Fast & Furious Franchise

The Fast & Furious series has gone on for more than two decades. Throughout the years, it has come to feature many great actors such as The Rock, Jason Statham, John Cena, Idris Elba and Charlize Theron. It seems Brie Larson, popularly known for playing Captain Marvel in the MCU, will be joining the Fast & Furious franchise in the near future.

In an Instagram post published Saturday night, the actress, joined actor Vin Diesel in revealing her involvement in the long-running action franchise’s tenth instalment. Larson rested her arms around the Fast & Furious mainstay’s shoulder in a photo posted by Diesel shows the two in close contact and smiling heartily.

Yeah yeah yeah… you see this angel over my shoulder cracking me up, you say to your self “that’s captain Marvel.” Clearly there is love and laughter in this image. What you don’t see however, is the character you will be introduced to in Fast10. You have no idea how timeless and amazing she will be in our mythology. Beyond her beauty, her intellect… her Oscar, haha is this profound soul who will add something you might not have expected but yearned for. Welcome to the FAMILY Brie.  

Ludacris, Diesel’s co-star in the show also commented on the post. The premise for Fast & Furious 10 is currently unknown, although it will be released next year. Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson, Paul Walker, Tyrese Gibson, and Michelle Rodriguez have all appeared in the fast racing automobile series, which has generated hundreds of millions of dollars at the box office.

Larson’s talents are in high demand these days, and she has a number of projects in the works. In the currently in post-production film The Marvels, she will reprise her role as Carol Danvers/Captain Marvel. She also stars in the television series Lessons in Chemistry, which is based on Bonnie Garmus’s book. Check out the post below.
