Many fans certainly agree that a boxing match between Conor McGregor and Jake Paul would be a must-see affair. Jake Paul has been hot and cold when it comes to fighting McGregor as well.
Last month, Jake Paul laid out a proposal for an MMA fight with Conor McGregor. He also urged McGregor to accept the fight for a good cause. In fact, he even made it clear he is serious about the fight.
While speaking on The Schaub Show, Brendan Schaub advised Jake Paul to back off the UFC fighter pay issue if he wants to land a fight with Conor McGregor.
“You’re talking about a guy, who is chomping at the bit to change the game as far as fighter pay goes. Because [Jake Paul] goes, ‘Do you think I actually have a shot to get the Conor McGregor fight?’ I go, ‘I think you do. I think it happens no matter what if Dana wants to play ball or not I think it happens.’ And I said, ‘My advice for you is, if you want it to happen in the UFC and have Dana be part of this, you gotta back off the fighter pay, now.'”
Even Henry Cujedo recently claimed that Conor McGregor would lose to Jake Paul if they ever decide to face each other. We’ll have to see if the fight will happen or not.
