Rihanna Reveals How A$AP Rocky Got Out Of The Friend Zone

Rihanna remains one of the most successful singers in the music industry as she only diversifies herself and skyrockets in the process. Despite all her success as a musician, her personal life had a lot of trouble. However, that truly changed this time around with Rihanna’s latest partner, A$AP Rocky.

The couple is clearly in love and it definitely seems like a healthy relationship. They continue to meet up during adorable date nights and make headlines just for that reason.

The couple has been together for two years and it was also previously said that they could be engaged anytime now. Earlier this year, it was revealed that the two are expecting their first child together.

While speaking to Vogue, Rihanna recalled how she and A$AP Rocky were just friends in the beginning. She met him during 2012 VMAs performance of “Cockiness,’ where he did something unexpected. She then recalled how eventually, the two got closer and became a couple during the pandemic.

“He grabbed my ass on stage. That was not part of the rehearsal! I was like, What are you doing!?

People don’t get out of the friend zone very easily with me. And I certainly took a while to get over how much I know him and how much he knows me, because we also know how much trouble we can land each other in.

I love the simple things but also the grand adventures. There’s no pretentious my-brand-your-brand bullshit, it’s just us living. I just feel like I can do any part of life by his side.”

Rihanna might be giving birth next month if her latest gift is any indication. We will have to wait and see when the musical sensation will finally become a mother.
