Cedric McMillan had the physique of a Greek God and the charisma to back it up. McMillan became a superstar in the world of professional bodybuilding. Sadly, Cedric passed away at the age of 44.

McMillan was the winner of the prestigious Arnold Classic bodybuilding competition. Cedric turned pro in 2009. He has been experiencing various health issues after about with COVID-19 that forced him out of active competition.

Cedric McMillan was preparing for a return to the stage but was unable to overcome his complications. Breathing issues and heart problems plagued him. Generation Iron reports that Cedric died after suffering a heart attack during a workout.

The Maplewood, New York native was obsessed with building muscles from a young age. Just two years after joining the professional ranks, Cedric won the 2011 Orlando Show of Champions as well as the 2012 New York Pro. The Arnold Classic victory in 2017 was the highlight of an incredible career.

Arnold Schwarzenegger was a huge fan of Cedric McMillan. The Terminator star believed that he had the potential to someday win Mr. Olympia. Unfortunately, that will never happen.

Cedric is the third in a recent string of premature deaths in the bodybuilding world. Former Mr. Olympia Shawn Rhoden and iconic bodybuilder George Peterson both passed away in 2021. Our thoughts are with Cedric McMillan’s family in this difficult time. The world of competitive bodybuilding has lost a true legend.
