Kanye West Puts Plan To Move Across The Street From Kim Kardashian On Ice

Kanye West seems to be having second thoughts about moving in, he’s taking a long time to decide what exactly he wants to do with his property next to Kim Kardashian’s Hidden Hills estate.

Kanye bought the property back in December because he wanted to stay close to his kids after he and Kim got divorced. To be honest, Ye bought the house back then to sort things out with Kim.

Kanye fancied the fixer-upper as it’s a stone-throw distance from the family house Kanye and Kim bought together in 2014. As reported to TMZ, Kim purchased the house from him for $23 million and Ye wanted the other house as he wanted to stay close to his kids. The fact is that Malibu is not very far from the Hidden Hills, so his kids won’t have any trouble going back and forth.

Kanye previously renovated his beach house in Malibu where he paid nearly $60 million, so he isn’t new to house renovations. It could be possible that Kanye is currently working with an architect on plans and haven’t submitted anything, but the neighbors report that they haven’t seen any kind of activity on the property.

After reviewing building records for Hidden Hills thoroughly, Kanye did not get any construction permits. He was planning to destroy the house, which needed a lot of work. There was no evidence that he and his construction team were pulling permits to work on the property.

The tensions between Kanye and Kim seem to have eased somewhat, although Kim has said that they are not communicating these days, so if Kanye decides to move in it would be a very awkward next-door-neighbor situation.
