Kaley Cuoco became one of the richest women in television history because of the CBS sitcom The Big Bang Theory, she has publicly said that she’s open to romance following her split from Karl Cook, but she says that she does not have any plans for marriage after their divorce is finalized.
Cuoco is famous for her role as a flight attendant Cassie Bowden, on HBO Max’s comedy thriller The Flight Attendant. The series became the streaming service’s number one show during its time only in the first season. Later it went on to receive nine Emmy nominations for season one. This helped Cuoco get her first Emmy nomination for lead actress in a comedy series.
The 36-year-old actress told Glamour, “I will never get married again,” in the interview for her April 2022 cover shoot. “I would love to have a long-lasting relationship or a partnership. But I will never get married again, Absolutely not. You can literally put that on the cover,” she added.
Kayley, 36 filed for divorce from Cook, 31 back in September 2021 in Los Angeles Superior Court.
The couple confirmed that they were divorcing in a joint statement to Page Six. “Despite a deep love and respect for one another, we have realized that our current paths have taken us in opposite directions,” said one statement.
“We have made this decision together through an immense amount of respect and consideration for one another and request that you do the same in understanding that we will not be sharing any additional details or commenting further.”
She was previously married to Ryan Sweeting from 2013 to 2016. After her split with Sweeting, she said that she didn’t want to marry again. “I honestly thought I wouldn’t get married again. My ex ruined that word for me,” she admitted at the time.
“I married someone the first time who completely changed. The person I ended up with was not the person I originally met. And that wasn’t my fault — that was his.” She further added, “I knew how much I had to give and how much I wanted to receive. I knew I just had to be patient … I had to go through a lot of things, but it brought me to Karl.”
You can never say never, but Kaley Cuoco seems pretty sure in her decision. We’ll have to see if she sticks to it.
