Kim Kardashian Says Naming Her Children Was The Hardest Decision Of Her Life

Kanye West and Kim Kardashian had a relationship many people were jealous of. That all changed once Kim Kardashian filed for divorce from West last year, ending their 7-year-long marriage. Kardashian also revealed one of the hardest decisions of her life.

Kanye West and Kim Kardashian had not had the best of relationships following their split. This includes Kanye West going after Kim Kardashian after her relationship with Pete Davidson was made official.

Ye and Kim Kardashian share four children, with them being daughters North, 8, and Chicago, 4, and sons Saint, 6, and Psalm, 2½, Those unique names took a heck of a lot of thought, as one would imagine.

While speaking on Live with Kelly and Ryan, the billionaire and mother of four explained that it’s “the hardest thing in life” to name a child. She also explained that she had more difficulty naming Chicago and Psalm, whom she welcomed via surrogate.

“It’s such a big decision honestly. When I had my kids, I didn’t name them until they were born. You really want to see what they look like. And I always, when I heard people do that, I would say, ‘How do you not be prepared for that? You have nine months to think about this!’ But no matter what, it’s the hardest decision ever.

When the baby’s inside of you and you know the baby’s coming you try to come up with those and narrow it down. But when I had a surrogate, I found that time would fly by faster and I wouldn’t feel the pressure coming up with the name. So I will say, naming my last two was definitely harder with the pressure of just letting time go by.” 

Kim Kardashian is also totally honest with her children when it comes to Kanye West. Kardashian and West are finally on better terms now and we hope it stays that way. They plan to co-parent, so we’ll just see how that turns out.
