Musk recently proposed to buy 100% of Twitter’s stock and take the company private earlier this week. Musk offered $43 billion, or $54.20 per share, a 54 percent premium over the stock price before he purchased Twitter shares and a 38 percent rise over the stock price the day before his investment was publicized, according to Musk. That takeover isn’t likely to happen, but Musk has his supporters.
Musk’s entire net worth is around 15% of the $43 billion price tag. Despite the fact that Twitter and Elon Musk have been at odds since the latter denied a seat on the board after becoming the company’s largest shareholder, Paris Hilton has proposed a solution.

A company’s CIO, which stands for Chief Information Officer, is sometimes known as a Chief Inspiration Officer. According to author Jonathan Reichental, writing for LinkedIn, a chief inspiration officer’s major purpose is to inspire personnel by building a compelling vision and strategy for technology.
The ongoing feud between Twitter and Musk began after Musk purchased a 9.2 percent interest in the firm last week, making him the company’s largest stakeholder. Musk was set to join Twitter’s board of directors on April 5, but he later declared that he would not be joining the board after all.
Musk would have been limited to owning no more than 14.9 percent of the company’s stock if he had joined the board. Despite Musk’s decision not to join the board, Twitter said it will remain open to his opinion because he is the company’s largest shareholder.
