Cristiano Ronaldo Announces Death Of Newborn Son

Cristiano Ronaldo and his wife, Georgina Rodriguez, shared the news of the death of their newborn boy on Instagram. This tragedy came such a short time after welcoming him into the world. His wife gave birth to twins but unfortunately, one did not make it.

The sadness of losing a newborn is unparalleled. Cristiano and Georgina have lost their newborn due to complications during birth and only the baby girl survived.

“It is with our deepest sadness we have to announce that our baby boy has passed away,” the couple shared on Instagram. “It is the greatest pain that any parents can feel. Only the birth of our baby girl gives us strength to live this moment with some hope and happiness. We would like to thank the doctors and nurses for all their expert care and support. We are all devastated at this loss and we kindly ask for privacy at this very difficult time. Our baby boy, you are our angel. We Will always love you.”

The couple announced their pregnancy back in October 2021. They posted a photo of them laying in bed and holding a sonogram image. “Delighted to announce we are expecting twins…Our hearts are full of love – we can’t wait to meet you #blessed,” Cristiano wrote.

Cristiano shares a daughter, Alana Martina, 3, with Georgina, and son Cristiano Jr., 11, and twins Eva Maria and Mateo, 4. Alana was born in November 2017 and Eva Marie and Mateo were born via surrogacy. However, the identity of Cristiano Jr.’s mother is yet to be known.

While we are happy about the birth of their baby girl, we are equally saddened by their loss. Our thoughts are with the entire family at this time.
