Johnny Depp’s $100 million defamation lawsuit against his former wife, Amber Heard, continues in Virginia. The jury in the trial was recently shown some really tense pictures More recently, some texts were made public, and they’re not the best look..
As the $50 million libel trial proceeds, texts exchanged by Johnny Depp to his private doctor about Amber Heard have been heard in court. During the recent session, Johnny, who kept his hair tied back into a slick ponytail and wore dark shades, listened to a pre-recorded deposition from Dr. Kipper, a Beverly Hills-based doctor who treats celebrities for addiction.
The actor approached him in 2014 when he was suffering from an opiate addiction, and a plan was formed for him to detox on a Bahamas island, according to the court. As the jury heard further facts of the couple’s connection, the 58-year-old actor, who has starred in the Pirates of the Caribbean franchise, informed Dr. David Kipper that Amber was “as full of sh-t as a Christmas goose.”
Hi f-ck man had another one. I cannot live like this. She is as full of sh-t as a Christmas Goose. I’m done. NO MORE!!!! Constant insults released from a malicious evil and vindictive c-nt!!!!! You know what’s far more hurtful than her venomous and degrading educational ranting??? Her hideously and purposely hurtful tirades and her goddamn shocking treatment of the man she was meant to love above all. Here’s the real deal mate…her obsession with herself is far more important. She is so f-cking ambitious!!!! She’s so desperate for success and fame. That’s probably why I was acquired, mate. She has hammered me with what a sad old man has been I am. I’m so very sad.
The doctor was questioned about messages sent by Depp on March 7, 2015, in which the star ripped into his ex-wife, according to the trial. When Dr. Kipper first saw Depp in May 2014, he diagnosed him with ADHD, Bipolar 1, depression, sleeplessness, chronic substance abuse problem, and chronic reflux.
The psychiatrist went on to say that during a June 2014 in-person appointment with Depp and Amber in Boston, she didn’t indicate that Johnny was violent. When pressed, Dr. Kipper stated that if Amber had mentioned it, he would have documented it.
