Interviews featuring Donald Trump are always amusing. You never know what he is going to say or do next. Something similar happened in his soon to be aired interview.
Trump seemingly walked out of a pre-recorded interview with Piers Morgan on Talk TV. He was posed with questions regarding the 2020 presidential election, which appeared to have triggered him to leave.
In the “Piers Morgan Uncensored” interview clip posted on Twitter, the former president asks Morgan to “turn the cameras off” and calls him “very dishonest.” At the beginning of the interview, Trump told Morgan, “I think I’m a very nice man. Much more honest than you, actually.”
Trump lost the 2020 presidential election to Democratic candidate Joe Biden. Trump lost the popular vote and electoral college. Morgan pressed a question about that and said, “It was a free and fair election. You lost.” To which Trump replied, “Only a fool would think that.”
As the interview continued, the tension between the two escalated, leading Trump to get up from his chair and walk out. Mr. Trump did not return after he realized that he wasn’t in the room with someone who was a blatant fan of his.
We eagerly await to see the full interview. Meanwhile, you can check out the preview below. The interview is set to air on April 25 at 8 pm.
