Rihanna Forced To Cancel Baby Shower After ASAP Rocky Arrest

ASAP Rocky and Rihanna had just returned from a short trip to Riri’s native Barbados. The couple landed at LAX not suspecting a thing. As they got off their private jet, ASAP Rocky was arrested by multiple agencies relating to a shooting in late 2021.

Rihanna has been showing off her baby bump as she gets ever closer to giving birth to the couple’s child. A planned baby shower in Los Angeles had to be canceled after the “Umbrella” star’s significant other was arrested. Rihanna has been crying nonstop, according to The Sun.

ASAP Rocky was released on $550,000 bail on Wednesday. Dealing with his legal issues has taken the forefront, the couple had to cancel their celebration for the upcoming addition to their family. A source said Rihanna is distraught about the whole ordeal.

She’s heavily pregnant and these are very serious accusations, it’s a nightmare scenario for her. It was meant to be Rihanna’s baby shower in LA on Wednesday night but they had to cancel. Rihanna was very, very upset and stressed by Rocky’s arrest. It’s not the best time for her to be on such an emotional rollercoaster.”

The LAPD said Rocky shot an acquaintance after the two got in an argument. A bullet grazed the victim’s hand. The department has referred the case to the LA County District Attorney to determine what, if any, charges will be filed. The celebration will have to wait this time.
