Donald Trump is one of the most controversial figures in U.S. politics and there’s no denying that. Trump was the subject of headlines all over the world when he won the U.S. Presidential Election in 2016. He’s one again in the news, but this time for a completely different reason.
TMZ reports that Trump did a rally in Delaware this weekend. The former U.S. president told the crowd he aced a cognitive test during his presidency. For those not in the know, the test is actually quite easy to pass. Here’s what he said about the Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MOCA) test he took in 2018.
“So, the last time I was at the hospital, probably a year ago… less than a year ago, I asked the doctor, I said, ‘Is there some kind of a cognitive test that I could take because I’ve been hearing about it, because I wanna shut these people up. They are fake news. They make up stories.”
Trump reiterated that he’s smart and not dumb like the media portrays him. Trump said he took the test to silence haters and insisted that the exam itself is difficult to pass. Trump’s latest bid to show off his “smartness or intelligence” comes ahead of his quest to contest the U.S. Presidential Elections once again.
