Blac Chyna Wants Testimony Redo After Racy Pics Triggered Her On The Stand

Black Chyna recently testified in her lawsuit against the Kardashian family. While under oath, many felt her performance didn’t reflect well on what she really wanted to say. Chyna is now asking for a redo.

The legal team for Blac Chyna filed documents in court requesting another chance to take the stand, according to TMZ. Chyna said that revenge porn photos shown while she testified triggered her. Now she wants another shot at stating her case.

Blac Chyna’s attorneys claim that their client was overcome with panic after seeing the revenge porn pics. The rest of her testimony was therefore invalid. Blac Chyna is claiming that had the pictures not been shown in court, her testimony would have been quite different.

The motion also claims that a previous court order was introduced that was supposed to prevent such photos from going on the record. They believe Blac Chyna’s testimony should be stricken and she should get a partial redo. The Kardashians aren’t buying it.

Attorneys representing the Kardashians have already filed a response. They are saying that Chyna being allowed to testify again is ridiculous. The plaintiff simply wants another chance after giving disastrous testimony in the case.

We will have to wait and see if the judge decides to let Blac Chyna have a redo. The testimony that is currently on record did her no favors. The Kardashians are going to fight to make sure it stays that way.
