Fans Upset As American Idol Airs Laine Hardy Performance Days After His Arrest

Laine Hardy is facing some serious accusations after being arrested by Lousiana State University police last week. The American Idol star has been arrested for allegedly wiretapping his ex-girlfriend’s dorm room to record her conversations. Now, producers of the reality singing competition are also in hot water.

On Monday night, American Idol aired a reunion special that was taped earlier this month. Rather than cutting Hardy, they aired his performance in full. Fans took to social media to blast the show for not cutting him out.
