Amber Heard Says Jealousy Over James Franco Caused Johnny Depp To Kick Her

Johnny Depp and Amber Heard are in the midst of a heated courtroom drama. They’re both exposing shocking facts about one another. Amber recently accused Johnny of kicking her over James Franco jealously.

According to The Independent, Johnny Depp allegedly lost it on a private plane after becoming enraged by Amber Heard’s relationship with actor James Franco. Dr. Dawn Hughes, a clinical and forensic psychologist, took the stand on Tuesday to testify about her evaluation of Heard. Hughes was the defense’s first witness. The psychologist spent a total of 29 hours with the actress.

She told the jury in court that she believes Heard was the victim of domestic violence based on their meetings. She remembered Heard telling her about a private jet flight from Boston to Los Angeles in 2015. According to the actress, her then-partner “started talking about James Franco.” Heard and Depp had previously fought over her taking a role in The Adderall Diaries, which she was filming with Franco at the time.

Hughes said, “Ms. Heard is on the plane, waiting for Mr. Depp to come on. He’s reportedly sitting in the SUV smoking weed and drinking. He gets on the plane and starts talking about James Franco, making a lot of derogatory comments about her.” Heard said the Pirates of the Caribbean star told her, “Hope you had fun with your escapades.” “Then in an argument when she got up to leave, he kicked her in the back. She went forward on the plane, to the front of the plane.”

Hughes testified that Heard told her Depp kicked her in the back and “she went forward.” Franco was listed as a witness in the $100 million court battle but has since been removed from the list. He was supposed to be questioned about the day after Heard and Depp’s last fight in 2016 when the actress called the cops.

Hughes also testified in court that Heard described an incident in which Depp allegedly subjected her to a “cavity search” by examining her for cocaine he suspected she was hiding from him. Heard also claimed that Depp once penetrated her with a bottle. She was concerned that her body would be harmed as a result of the incident.

Dr. Shannon Curry, an expert witness, was called to testify in court last week by Depp. She had two meetings with Heard in December. Curry stated that she believed Heard suffered from “borderline personality disorder.” Heard rolled her eyes at the revelation.
