Ja Morant has certainly done well for him himself as many fans consider him to be one of the most exciting players in the NBA right now. Ja’s incredible dunks have helped him gain a large fan following. He is also likely to miss Game 4 due to injury.
Recently, Ja Morant had to leave Game 3 of the Western Conference semifinals series between his Memphis Grizzlies and the Golden State Warriors with 6:19 left and his team down by 17.
This is because of the fact that he had a knee injury and believed that the injury happened when he was grabbed by Jordan Poole. Shams Charania reports Grizzlies head coach Taylor Jenkins that there is a “really good chance” that Ja Morant will miss the team’s Game 4 matchup with the Golden State Warriors in the Western Conference Semi-finals.
Grizzlies‘ Ja Morant (right knee) is likely to miss Game 4 vs. Warriors, coach Taylor Jenkins says.
Ja Morant even ended up throwing shade at the Golden State Warriors, seemingly accusing them of dirty games as well. The Grizzlies lost Saturday’s game 142-112 and are currently down 2-1 in the series.
With the absence of Ja Morant, we will have to wait and see whether The Grizzlies will be able to stage a comeback or not. Momentum is clearly not on their side at this moment.
