Adam Levine is one of the most successful musicians going right now. The singer just earned a massive profit from his enormous Pacific Palisades estate after recently selling it for a jaw-dropping $51 million.
According to the Los Angeles Times, the sale of the massive estate of the 43-year-old Maroon 5 frontman and his model wife Behati Prinsloo, became the third-priciest in Southern California so far this year. The enormous property has had an illustrious string of owners prior to the sale.
Levine and Prinsloo previously purchased it from Ben Affleck and his ex-wife Jennifer Garner in 2018 for $31.95 million, meaning they sold it at a nearly $20 million profit. The mansion was also the home of Oscar winner Gregory Peck, as well as A Beautiful Mind producer Brian Grazer, who is best known for his many collaborations with Ron Howard.
Levine and Prinsloo originally listed their home for $57 million, but they’ll still be making a significant profit. Westside Estate Agency’s Kurt Rappaport was in charge of the listing, and Ariana Grande’s husband Dalton Gomez represented the buyer for Compass real estate, though their identity hasn’t been revealed.
The home was designed by the renowned California architect Cliff May and dates back to the 1930s. You can check out some pictures of the place below. Stay tuned to Thirsty.
