Goldberg is considered a legend by many fans and he is also a WWE Hall of Famer. The former WWE Universal Champion might not have been a fan of pro wrestling at first but eventually came to love it. Bret Hart is also still mad at Goldberg as well.
WWE Hall Of Famer Bret Hart had bitter feelings about Goldberg for several years. This is because Bret Hart suffered a concussion after Goldberg hit him with a botched kick during a match at Starrcade in 1999.
Due to this, Bret Hart suffered post-concussion syndrome, which effectively ended his in-ring career. Bret Hart went on record and said that Goldberg’s work rate was “0/10.”
While speaking to Lucha Libre Online, Bret Hart admited that he is still mad that Goldberg is earning millions while Hart was forced into retirement.
“I think, for me, it’s always been a bit of a sore spot; it always makes me kind of mad that some guy is flying all the way over to Saudi Arabia and making 3 million dollars in a match and the same guy is the guy that kicked me in the head and never thought about me or what he cost me and my family and what he did to me.”
We wonder how the wrestling would have been different had Bret Hart still been able to wrestle and not get injured at the hands of Goldberg. Regardless, Bret Hart had previously forgiven Goldberg for what he did as well but that doesn’t mean Hart still won’t harbor a grudge.
