Selena Gomez and Justin Bieber were famously romantically linked. Naturally, after Biebs got with Hailey Baldwin fans paid extra attention to everything Gomez said for a response. She recently accidentally threw some shade their way, but now she’s coming clean about it.
Justin Bieber and Hailey Baldwin have known each other for a decade and tied the knot back in 2018 after about two years of on and off dating. Selena Gomez and Justin Bieber used to date at one point in time as well, and nobody has forgotten about that.
Selena Gomez has now apologized after several fans believed that one of her TikTok videos was actually shady toward’s Hailey Bieber. She released a public statement via TikTok as she also turned off all comments.
“This is why I believe in taking care of your mental health. Guys no idea what I did but I really am sorry. Zero bad intention. Deleting soon.
On Tuesday, Hailey Bieber posted a series of “Get Ready With Me” videos on TikTok. Then a follow-up video from Gomez caused a stir.
Gomez put up the same type of video a few hours later, but ended up rolling her eyes throughout it, which some thought was “shady.” Fans blasted Gomez, with some writing comments like, “It’s giving I’m a performative loser who blatantly gets away with bullying other women” and “the way she twisted her eyes in every step. In the end, Gomez had to do what she thought was right.
