Tammy Lynn Sytch is heading back to jail. The WWE Hall of Famer had a bond hearing scheduled for this morning in a Florida court. The former Sunny is accused of an impaired driving accident that resulted in the death of a 75-year-old man.
The result of the hearing did not go in Tammy’s favor. Stephanie Buffamonte of Fox 35 Orlando was in the courtroom for the dramatic scene. The judge revoked Tammy’s bond because she had three previous DUI convictions, had been driving without a license, and is considered a danger to the community.
“WWE Hall of Famer Tammy Sytch put in handcuffs & taken to jail. A judge revoked her bond. She’s accused of driving drunk & causing a fatal crash. Prosecutors argued she had 3 previous DUI convictions, was driving w/o a license & would be a danger to the community.”
Tammy Lynn Sytch was immediately taken back to jail following the hearing. State Attorney R.J. Lizza requested the bond review on Monday. Ultimately, the judge found her to be too much of a risk to be a free person.
At the hearing, law enforcement officers testified that Tammy’s blood-alcohol level was far above the legal limit at the time of the crash. An open bottle of liquor was also found inside the car. Sytch had previously contended that she was not drunk and suffered a seizure.
Tammy Lynn Sytch now faces up to thirty years behind bars. If she is found guilty, it will mark the end of a public downfall that everybody tried their best to prevent. Instead of Tweeting, Tammy will now have plenty of time to reflect on her actions from a cell as she awaits her trial.
