Draymond Green is one of the best players in all of the NBA and continues to play at an elite level as part of the Golden State Warriors. Draymond is one of the NBA’s most talented and consistent players. He also hit out at Kendrick Perkins recently.
Green recently found himself in a tough spot during game one of the NBA Playoff series between the Memphis Grizzlies and his Golden State Warriors as well. During the latest playoffs game between the two, Golden State Warriors beat The Memphis Grizzlies in Game 6 on Friday night. It ended with 110-96 in the Warriors’ favor.
While speaking during the post-game press conference, Draymond Green addressed Kendrick Perkins accusing him of being scared to shoot. He proceeded to Kendrick Perkins for the accusation.
“Something came up on my phone earlier,” Green explained. “A guy saying I’m scared to shoot the basketball. ‘Scared’ and ‘me’ in the same sentence is like brutal. But you got a big ogre on TV saying what Draymond say ain’t the gospel.
You just gotta come out and shut people up sometimes.”
This is not the first time the two have been at each other’s throats. In fact, Perkins admitted that he wanted to fight Green in a celebrity boxing match last year. The two are unlikely to end their beef anytime soon.
