Rajon Rondo’s baby mother Ashley Bachelor has been given a protective order for herself and her two children from the NBA player. There is good reason for that, because Rajon Rondo allegedly had a violent outburst which included pointing a gun at his children’s mother.
According to TMZ, this all comes from a reported violent outburst that occurred last week on May 11th. The incident allegedly began while Rondo and his son were playing video games. Bachelor says she came in to ask her son to help her with a laundry task. Rondo was furious and ripped the console from the wall. Rondo even threatened Bachelor, telling her, “You’re dead.”
Rondo apparently left the house for only 15 minutes after the fight, but when he returned, he brought a gun with him and allegedly started beating on the windows with it. Rondo insisted that his son and daughter come outside while he was at the house. Since she was afraid of what he may do, Bachelor ultimately allowed them out of the house.
Rondo allegedly scolded his children for being afraid of him, compounding the situation further. Rondo’s parents arrived a few minutes later, which helped to de-escalate the situation. Bachelor requested the protective order just two days after the incident and she penned chilling details in her request.
“I am extremely fearful for my safety and for the safety of my children. Rajon has a history of volatile, erratic, explosive behavior. He is verbally, emotionally, and financially abusive. He physically hits our son and calls him names like ‘p***y’ and accuses him of acting like a ‘bitch.’
Rajon verbally assaults our daughter. He calls her names like ‘thot, bitch, and d**khead.’ Rajon has made several threats on my life, saying at various times he will shoot me or shoot up my car.”
Rondo has not been named a suspect in any crime and has not been arrested, according to reports. This is certainly a troubling story. Stay tuned to Thirsty to get the latest updates regarding any updates.
