The wild legal battle between Amber Heard and Johnny Depp has entangled a lot of people who would rather not be involved. Even former pro wrestler Kevin Nash somehow got referenced in the defamation suit.
It is no surprise that Elon Musk’s name was brought up a few times. Amber Heard dated the Tesla boss several years ago. The latest bombshell came in the form of a declaration by Jennifer Howell, a former friend of Heard’s sister, which was presented during Whitney Heard-Henriquez’s testimony.
Jennifer stated that Elon Musk and Amber Heard created embryos that they had frozen together. She also accused Elon of bugging Amber’s Tesla. Howell went on to describe a legal struggle between Amber and Elon over the frozen embryos, according to Radar Online.
“Paige told me that Amber said Elon was controlling, abusive, and that she was in a legal battle with him over the rights to embryos that they had created together.”
Elon allegedly wanted to destroy the embryos. Amber Heard wanted to use them to have a baby. In 2021, Heard announced that she was pregnant, although the father was not revealed.
This is just the latest wild twist in the $50 million legal fight between Johnny Depp and Amber Heard. The US legal system may never see anything like it again. It may be ridiculous, but the real-life drama has drawn some big-time interest from the public.
