Johnny Depp and Amber Heard’s trial captured the attention of the whole world and it is not hard to see why. Amber Heard’s former makeup artist recently testified that she assisted in covering the actress’ injured face. This was the outcome of alleged abuse by her then-husband Johnny Depp.
Melanie Inglessis alleged she discovered Heard with many light bruises under her eyes and on her nose while assisting her in preparing for an appearance on “The Late Late Show With James Corden” on December 16th, 2015. In a recorded deposition played in a Virginia courtroom, Inglessis alleged about her discovery.
It looks like someone had head-butted her lightly. She had discoloration around her eyes, on her nose. And she had a split lip.
The “Aquaman” actress claimed that Depp assaulted her on Dec. 15th, 2015, and that she covered up the consequences with cosmetics, including a split lip. Heard has allegedly claimed that Depp tore a strand of her hair out during the blowout.
Inside the Los Angeles condominium that Heard lived with Depp, the makeup artist revealed how she helped Heard disguise the injuries with makeup. Inglessis stated she used Arnica cream to assist Heard’s swelling go down. Arnica was mentioned earlier in the trial by Heard’s lawyer Elaine Bredehoft, who claimed the actress used it to conceal her injuries.
