As he arrived at the Virginia courthouse on day 19 of his defamation trial against Amber Heard, Johnny Depp stated he made waffles for his fans. According to Court TV, the actor appeared at Fairfax County Circuit Court as the day’s proceedings were stalled due to a tardy jury.

Depp met his cheering supporters outside the courtroom recently. He said that he had provided “breakfast for all of them” before the day’s proceedings began. When asked what he had prepared, Johnny Depp joked, “Waffles.”
Fans have pointed out that Depp was joking when he made the light-hearted remark in response to a question about the ecstatic crowd outside the courthouse.
