Johnny Depp Once Saved Courtney Love’s Life With CPR

Courtney Love is still one of the most well-known female rockers in the world. She is known for her tough exterior and zero Fs given attitude. However, during Johnny Depp’s ongoing defamation trial against ex-wife Amber Heard, Courtney Love recorded a supporting video message for him.

Courtney Love is the latest celebrity to openly support Johnny Depp in his legal battle with Amber Heard. In a lengthy video posted to YouTube on Saturday, the rocker stated that the Pirates Of The Caribbean star saved her life. Johnny rushed to the rescue after she “overdosed” outside of his Los Angeles club The Viper Room in 1995, despite the fact that the two “didn’t really” know one other.

“I don’t really wanna make judgments publicly, but I just want to tell you that Johnny gave me CPR in 1995 when I overdosed outside the Viper Room with Sal,”

Courtney was suffering serious drug addiction at the time while raising her 3-year-old daughter Frances Bean, a year after Kurt Cobain’s death. Courtney and Johnny apparently formed an distant yet supportive friendship after the incident.

“Johnny, when I was on crack and Frances was having to suffer through that with all these social workers, wrote her a four-page letter that she’s never showed me on her 13th birthday. He didn’t really know me.

Then he sent limos to her school when all the social workers were crawling around, again, unasked, for her and all her friends to go to both Pirates. He did it a bunch of times. He gave her her own seat with her name on it. I’ve never seen those Pirates movies, but she loved them. You know, she said to me when she was 13, ‘mama, he saved my life’. And she said it again,”

The emotional video comes amid Johnny’s ongoing defamation lawsuit against ex-wife Amber Heard after she penned an op-ed piece saying he assaulted her.
