Pete Davidson Writes Emotional Letter Ahead Of Final ‘SNL’ Appearance

Pete Davidson has become one of the most sought after celebrities in the world right now. His impeccable comedic timing and ability to make fun of himself helped him win the hearts of many. He participated in his final SNL episode this week as a full-time cast member, but Pete also wrote an emotional letter to ‘SNL’ ahead of his final appearance.

For many fans, Pete Davidson was the heart and soul of Saturday Night Live. Last year, he hinted at leaving the show. Davison was a regular feature since 2014 when he was only 20 years old as well.

Ahead of his final apperance on Saturday Night Live, Pete Davidson wrote an emotional letter to the cast and crew of the show. It was published on Instagram for the world to see. The Instagram post included a video of Davidson sharing a hug with Jerrod Carmichael. The heartfelt message certainly ended up making everyone involved emotional.

Jerrod sent it to me last night and it made me super emotional in the best way,” Davidson wrote, referring to the clip. “In the video I had just gotten back from doing my very first update and sketch. It’s crazy to think that today I’ll be doing my last one.

I figured since I’m a stand up I’ll just try my stand up and personal bits on Weekend Update as myself and I’m so glad I did. I got to share so much with this audience and literally grow up in front of your eyes. We were together through the good and the bad, the happiest and the darkest of times.

For the record, Pete Davidson has already appeared in his final appearance for the show. It was a perfect sendoff for the fan-favorite star. We’ll have to see what the future holds for Pete Davidson. Odds are he is not leaving the public eye at all thanks to his relationship with Kim Kardashian.
