Scott Disick Stayed In LA During Kourtney Kardashian & Travis Barker’s Wedding

Kourtney Kardashian and Travis Barker are going to great lengths to demonstrate their love for one another. Scott Disick, Kourtney’s ex, seemed to be emotionally unprepared for all of this. Scott hanged out in Los Angeles with old pals at LAVO Ristorante while Kourtney and Travis prepared for their Italian wedding celebration.

According to Eonline, Scott Disick was spotted returning to California as Kourtney Kardashian prepares to marry Travis Barker for the third time this weekend in Italy. On May 19rd, the 38-year-old dined at LAVO Ristorante in West Hollywood with Rod Stewart, his son Sean Stewart, and daughter Kimberly Stewart. According to an onlooker, Scott “seemed in good spirits” as the table ate tagliatelle limone with caviar and filet mignon.

The party, which included Rod’s long-time love, Penny Lancaster, was also spotted laughing and chit-chatting outside the Italian restaurant, and Scott was seen patting the “Forever Young” singer on the back at one point. They all left LAVO around 11 p.m., according to photographers, and Scott and Kimberly strolled off together into his Sprinter van.

Back in 2015, the two fueled hook-up speculations after they were seen out together multiple times following Scott’s split from Kourtney that summer. Kimberly’s mother, on the other hand, knocked down the rumors, stating that the Flip It Like Disick actor was simply one of her children’s “oldest friends. They introduced Scott to Kourtney,” Alana Stewart told People that September. “I was there when it happened, so I can tell you they’re all great pals.”

“Scott and Kimberly and Sean are great friends and they have been for many years and Kimberly and Sean love Kourtney.”

While Scott dined with the Stewarts & Hamiltons alums, his children Mason Disick, Penelope Disick, and Reign Disick traveled to Italy to celebrate their mother’s European wedding with the Blink-182 rocker. Scott previously revealed his reaction after learning Kourtney and Travis were engaged in November, telling Khloe he wasn’t surprised.

“I wasn’t that caught off guard,” he said on the May 5th episode of Hulu’s The Kardashians. “I thought that they’d already be married [from] the way that she was talking. It wasn’t crazy,” he told Khloe. “Thank God, because at another time in my life, if I’d heard that, life would’ve been over for me.” In fact, Scott said that he felt “relief” that his ex had someone “taking care of her” going forward that wasn’t him, calling her engagement “a good thing.”

“I kind of, in a selfish way, feel like a lot has been lifted off of me. I couldn’t do the job of being with her, so I salute Travis. He’s in for a lot of work…Kourtney is not the simplest when it comes to everything.”
