The Rock Gearing Up For Possible WWE Return With Zero Movie Commitments Next Year

Roman Reigns vs The Rock is a match that a ton of wrestling fans want to see. Every year around WrestleMania season, rumors start to heat up. It seems the fantasy might come true next year with The Great One having zero movie commitments in the first quarter of 2023.

During Wrestling Observer Live, Bryan Alvarez recently discussed the chances of The Rock appearing on WrestleMania next year. Alvarez revealed that, at this point, The Rock has no movie commitments for the first quarter of 2023. This will seemingly allow him to perform WrestleMania without worrying about movie commitments. He can also be around to help start the inaugural season of the XFL. So performing a WrestleMania match this year would be ideal since he has two different projects that would demand him to take time away from the movies.

He is going to do zero movie commitments for the first quarter of 2023, which would allow him to do WrestleMania without having to worry about movie commitments and also have the time to help launch the first season of the XFL. So actually the timing for doing a WrestleMania match would be excellent this year because he has two different projects which would require him to take time off from movies.

It was also noted that at this point that The Rock isn’t confirming anything. Ideas will eventually come to him about projects to do. WrestleMania is likely not going to be number one on his priority list if he’s got some big blockbuster movies coming up.

He also has season 3 of Young Rock coming up which is gong to be a huge project. Fans might have to wait to see if that WrestleMania match against Roman Reigns will happen or not. At this point, we stil have a lot of time before things are 100% confirmed.
